Preparation of Bread
- 1
Toast the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
- 2
Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add Vegetables and Wine
In the same skillet, add the halved cherry tomatoes and capers. Sauté for about 2 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, stirring well. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce reduces slightly.

Combine Shrimp and Sauce
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, tossing them gently in the sauce mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
