Cooking Pasta
- 1
Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, typically about 8-10 minutes.
- 2
Drain the Pasta
Once cooked, reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
- 3
Cook the Bacon and Prosciutto
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon and set it on paper towels to drain. In the same skillet, add the prosciutto and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.

- 5
Make the Cream Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 6
Add Cheese and Season
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with black pepper to taste.
Combining
- 7
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.

Garnish and Serve
Crumble the crispy bacon and prosciutto over the top, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
