Method
Chicken Piccata

Prepare Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Dredge Chicken
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.

Cook Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make Sauce
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Stir in capers.

Cook Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the cooked penne with your choice of creamy vodka sauce or marinara sauce until well coated.

Prepare Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

Dress Salad
Drizzle with creamy balsamic dressing and toss to coat evenly before serving.
Garlic Stick Pie

Prepare Dough
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.

Season Dough
Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cut the dough into strips and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
