Method
Chicken Marsala
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- 4
Deglaze
Pour in the Marsala wine, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Add Broth
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 6
Finish the Sauce
Stir in the butter until melted and combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Penne Pasta
- 7
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 8
Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta with your choice of creamy vodka sauce or Mama's marinara sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
Insalata Mista
- 9
Prepare the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- 10
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the creamy balsamic dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Garlic Stick Pie
- 11
Prepare the Dough
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface to form a rectangle.
- 12
Add Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the rolled-out dough.
- 13
Add Cheese and Parsley
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley evenly over the dough.
- 14
Bake
Cut the dough into strips and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
