Preparing the Pasta

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken and Vegetables

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, and then slice into strips.

Add Green Peas
Stir in the green peas and cook for another 2 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.
Making the Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and minced garlic. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Gradually add the crumbled gorgonzola cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combining Everything

Toss the Pasta
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, scallion and prosciutto mixture, and the gorgonzola cream sauce. Toss everything together, adding a little reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Serve
Plate the Chicken Jordan and garnish with additional scallions or gorgonzola cheese if desired. Enjoy your delicious meal!
