Preparing the Salad

Wash and Chop Romaine
Thoroughly wash the romaine lettuce under cold water. Remove any wilted leaves and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Grate Parmesan Cheese
Using a cheese grater, grate fresh Parmesan cheese until you have about half a cup.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic clove, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Until Smooth
Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper as desired.
Assembling the Salad

Combine Lettuce and Dressing
In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce. Drizzle the creamy Caesar dressing over the lettuce and toss gently to coat evenly.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Sprinkle the croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
