Prepare the Pie Crust
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together. Form into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp, scallops, and calamari, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until the seafood is opaque and cooked through. Stir in the lobster meat, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 5
Combine the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked seafood mixture with the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
- 6
Fill the Crust
Pour the seafood filling into the baked pie crust. Dot the top with the casino butter, distributing evenly.
- 7
Bake the Pie
Bake the pie in the preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes until the filling is set and the top is slightly golden.
- 8
Cool and Serve
Allow the pie to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.
