Prepare the Spinach
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then chop it coarsely.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, drained artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Serve
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with corn chips for dipping.
