Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burgers

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepperjack cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, place a turkey patty with melted cheese, top with smoked jalapenos, a generous scoop of guacamole, and pico de gallo. Place the top half of the bun on top.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your Firehouse Burger!
