Prepare the Lavender Sugar Rim
In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and dried lavender flowers together. Moisten the rim of your cocktail glass with a lemon wedge, then dip it into the lavender sugar to coat the rim. Set aside.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the lavender infused gin, fresh squeezed lemon juice, creme de violette, and simple syrup. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge or a sprig of fresh lavender if desired.
