Ribs Preparation

Prepare the Rub
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the rub.

Rub the Ribs
Apply the rub generously over the baby back ribs. Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Make the BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Salad
In a bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced celery, and diced red onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
Garlic Green Beans

Sauté the Green Beans
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add green beans and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
