Method

Salads

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mixed Green Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then toss to combine.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Caesar Salad

In another bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese until evenly coated.

Entrees

  1. 3

    Cook the Grilled Chicken Breast

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Vegetarian Lasagna

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Layer noodles, ricotta cheese, spinach, marinara sauce, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Sides & Veggies

  1. 5

    Make Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  2. 6

    Steam Broccoli

In a steamer basket over boiling water, steam broccoli florets for 5-7 minutes until tender but still bright green. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Dinner Rolls

  1. 7

    Warm the Dinner Rolls

Place dinner rolls on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until soft and heated through.
