Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for about 2 minutes until wilted. Drain and immediately place in ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cool, drain again and chop roughly.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into small pieces and set aside.

Mixing Ingredients

  1. 3

    Combine Base Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  2. 4

    Add Vegetables and Cheese

Stir in the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped green onions, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese into the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.

Baking

  1. 5

    Prepare for Baking

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  3. 7

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve Warm

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
