Meats

  1. 1

    Prepare Roast Beef

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Rub roast beef with salt and black pepper. Place in a roasting pan and cook for about 20 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium rare. Let it rest before carving.

  2. 2

    Prepare Honey Glazed Ham

Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern. Mix honey and brown sugar, then rub it all over the ham. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for approximately 15 minutes per pound, basting occasionally, until heated through and caramelized.

Mashed Potatoes

  1. 3

    Boil Potatoes

Peel and cube the russet potatoes. Boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 4

    Mash Potatoes

Drain potatoes and return to pot. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Home-Style Stuffing

  1. 5

    Prepare Vegetables

In a skillet, sauté onion and celery in butter until softened.

  2. 6

    Combine & Bake

In a large bowl, mix bread cubes with sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.

Vegetables

  1. 7

    Prepare Vegetables

Toss green beans and sliced carrots in olive oil and salt. Spread on a baking sheet.

  2. 8

    Roast Vegetables

Roast at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

Caesar Salad

  1. 9

    Assemble Salad

In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss to coat evenly.
