Hummus Preparation

1. Blend the Ingredients

In a food processor, combine the cooked chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.

2. Adjust Consistency

If the hummus is too thick, gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

3. Add Flavor

Add ground cumin and blend again to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

4. Serve

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika on top for garnish. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
