Prepare the Nut Mixture
In a large bowl, combine chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, and ground cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.

Add Nut Mixture
Sprinkle a thin layer of the nut mixture over the layered filo. Continue layering filo and butter as before, then add another layer of the nut mixture. Repeat this process until all nuts are used, finishing with about 8 layers of filo on top.

Cut the Baklava
Using a sharp knife, cut the baklava into diamond or square shapes.

Bake the Baklava
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Pour Syrup Over Baklava
Once the baklava is done baking, remove it from the oven and immediately pour the hot syrup over it. Allow it to soak in for several hours or overnight before serving.
