Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

  2. 2

    Add Green Tea

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 3 tablespoons of green tea leaves. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the tea to remove the leaves and set the liquid aside.

Flavoring

    Add Mint and Sugar

In a teapot or heatproof container, add a bunch of fresh mint leaves and 3 tablespoons of sugar.

  2. 5

    Combine Tea and Mint

Pour the strained green tea over the mint and sugar in the teapot. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.

  3. 6

    Infuse Flavors

Allow the tea to sit for a few minutes to let the mint infuse its flavor into the tea.

Serving
