Preparation Steps

1

Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for 9-12 minutes.

2

Cool the Eggs

After boiling, transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes to cool them down and stop the cooking process.

3

Prepare the Filling

Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash them with mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

4

Add Bacon and Chives

Crumble the crispy bacon and finely chop the chives. Fold both into the yolk mixture.

5

Fill the Egg Whites

Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.

6

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the filled eggs with additional chives and a drizzle of Sriracha if desired. Serve immediately.
