Prepare the Earl Grey Tea
Brew Earl Grey tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.

Make the Lavender Cold Foam
In a milk frother or using a hand whisk, combine milk and lavender. Froth until light and airy. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to infuse the lavender flavor.

Assemble the Drink
In a glass filled with ice, combine Jameson, cooled Earl Grey tea, and pistachio syrup. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.

Top with Cold Foam
Carefully spoon the lavender cold foam over the top of the drink.

Garnish and Serve
Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios or a sprig of lavender. Serve immediately.
