Cabrilla Seabass Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the Cabrilla seabass fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium heat on the stove.

  3. 3

    Grill the Fish

Remove the seabass from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the fish from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
