Caesar Salad
Prepare the Salad
Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add the Caesar dressing and toss to coat. Top with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dungeness Crab Cioppino
Add Tomatoes and Liquids
Stir in diced tomatoes, fish stock or clam juice, and red wine. Bring to a simmer.
Add Seafood
Add the seafood mix and Dungeness crab to the pot. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until seafood is cooked, about 10 minutes.
Cook the Pasta
While the cioppino is simmering, cook the linguini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Serve
Serve the cioppino over a bed of linguini. Garnish with grated Romano cheese.
Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse
Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Whip the Cream
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Combine Ingredients
Fold the melted chocolate and hazelnut spread into the whipped cream gently. Add vanilla extract and sugar, and mix until well combined.
Chill and Serve
Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
