Assemble the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, chopped cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and black olives. Toss gently to mix the ingredients evenly.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it is browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
