Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Chop and Cook Steak

In a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped steak and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned. Ensure that the steak is seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Prepare Cottage Cheese

Scoop 1 cup of cottage cheese into a serving bowl.

  3. 3

    Slice Peaches

Wash the peach, remove the pit, and slice it into thin wedges.

  4. 4

    Boil Egg

Place the egg in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, then cover and turn off the heat. Let it sit for 10-12 minutes, then cool in an ice bath before peeling.

Plating and Garnishing

  1. 5

    Assemble the Plate

On a large plate, arrange the cooked chopped steak on one side. Add the cottage cheese next to it. Place the sliced peaches next to the cottage cheese.

  2. 6

    Add Hard Boiled Egg

Slice the hard-boiled egg in half and place it on the plate.

  3. 7

    Garnish the Plate

Finely chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the entire plate. Add black pepper to taste.
