Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Hard Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes, then transfer to an ice water bath for 5 minutes before peeling.

  3. 3

    Prepare Peaches

Wash the peaches thoroughly. If desired, slice them into wedges or halves.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Broil the Chicken

Preheat your broiler. Place the marinated chicken breasts on a broiler pan. Broil for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.

Plating

  1. 5

    Assemble the Plate

On a serving plate, place one chicken breast, a scoop of cottage cheese, and the prepared peaches. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and arrange them on the plate. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil.
