Preparing the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place wings in a large bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Sauces

Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until combined and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
