Method
Preparation of Chicken Wings
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange Wings
Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack. Make sure they are not touching.
- 4
Bake Wings
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until well coated.
Preparation of Celery Sticks
- 6
Wash and Cut Celery
Wash the celery stalks under cold water and cut them into 3-4 inch sticks.
Preparation of Blue Cheese Dressing
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 8
Mix Well
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.
- 9
Chill Dressing
Cover the blue cheese dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
