Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, and cumin. Mix well.

Add the cubed beef sirloin to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Skewering and Broiling

Prepare Vegetables
While the beef is marinating, cut the green bell pepper, onion, and tomato into chunks and set aside.

Assemble the Skewers
Preheat your broiler. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, alternating with pieces of green pepper, onion, and tomato.

Place the skewers on a broiler pan. Broil for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.

Combine Rice and Broth
Stir in the rice and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the chicken broth and salt, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
