Ingredients for BBQ Pork Baby Back Ribs

Method

Directions for BBQ Pork Baby Back Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture all over the ribs to coat them evenly.

  3. 3

    Wrap and Bake

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.

  4. 4

    Prepare the BBQ Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Glaze the Ribs

After the ribs are done baking, remove them from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil. Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ sauce mixture on both sides.

  6. 6

    Broil the Ribs

Place the glazed ribs back on the baking sheet and under the broiler for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized. Watch closely to avoid burning.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut between the bones to serve. Enjoy your BBQ Pork Baby Back Ribs!
