Waffle Batter Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Once preheated, pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the waffle iron (usually about 1/2 to 3/4 cup depending on the iron). Close the lid and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions, until the waffles are golden brown.

Continue cooking waffles until all the batter is used, keeping cooked waffles warm in a low oven if necessary.
