Jalapeño Poppers Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Jalapeños

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes to reduce spiciness.

  2. 2

    Make the Spinach Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, fresh spinach (chopped), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Jalapeños

Spoon the spinach dip mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them generously.

  4. 4

    Wrap with Bacon

Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if needed.

  5. 5

    Bake

Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapeños are tender.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delicious jalapeño poppers!
