Chicken Tenders
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow dishes, place flour, a mixture of eggs and milk, and bread crumbs combined with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken strip first in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the bread crumbs. Ensure an even coating.
- 4
Heat Oil
In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- 5
Fry Chicken Tenders
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- 6
Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your choice of potato.
