Prepare the Baby Pork Ribs

Season the Ribs
Rub the baby pork ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Make the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Coleslaw

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
