Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

Cut the beef tenderloin into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the beef and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the beef is marinating, chop the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Kabobs

After marinating, thread the beef cubes and vegetables alternately onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

  4. 4

    Season the Kabobs

Drizzle the kabobs with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

  5. 5

    Grill the Kabobs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your choice of soup or salad, and a side of French fries, cole slaw, or cottage cheese.
