Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the salmon filet under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2
Season the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon filet evenly. If using, sprinkle fresh dill on top.
- 3
Bake the Salmon
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 4
Serve
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your choice of Soup or Salad Bar, and a side of French Fries, Cole Slaw, or Cottage Cheese.
