Jumbo Shrimp
Method
Jumbo Shrimp Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Creole Meunière Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2
Add Garlic and Seasoning
Stir in the minced garlic and Creole seasoning, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3
Incorporate Tomatoes and Broth
Add the canned diced tomatoes and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 4
Poach the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley.
