Ice Cream Preparation

Make the Ice Cream Base
In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warm and the sugar is dissolved, but do not boil.

Chill the Mixture
Remove from heat and stir in the caramel sauce until fully incorporated. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Churn the Ice Cream
Once chilled, churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze until firm.
Almond Tuille Preparation

Prepare the Tuille Batter
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine sliced almonds, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, egg white, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Bake the Tuille
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared sheet, spreading them out thinly. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before removing from the parchment.
