Prepare the Pork Tenderloin

Season and Sear
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Glaze and Finish
In a small bowl, whisk together honey and soy sauce. Brush the glaze over the pork tenderloin and place it in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add the rice and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour in the chicken broth and salt, bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

Add Pecans
Once the rice is cooked, stir in the pecan halves and fluff with a fork. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Sauté Asparagus
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add asparagus tips, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
