Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the pork, bell peppers, onions, and julienne the carrots. Shred the cabbage and wash the Thai basil leaves.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork

Add the sliced pork to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through and browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Aromatics

Add minced garlic and sliced onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.

  5. 5

    Add Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, cabbage, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  6. 6

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and red chili flakes. Pour the sauce over the stir-fried mixture.

  7. 7

    Finish with Basil

Add the Thai basil leaves and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  8. 8

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
