Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the chicken breast, bell peppers, onion, and julienne the carrot. Shred the cabbage and mince the garlic. Rinse the basil leaves and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Vegetables

Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

  5. 5

    Combine Everything

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to combine and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Finish with Basil

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves until wilted.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the Gai Kra Prow hot over steamed rice or noodles.
