Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by dicing the ham into small cubes, peeling and chopping the onion, and removing the seeds and chopping the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and the onion is translucent.

  2. 3

    Add the Ham

Add the diced ham to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  3. 4

    Season the Mixture

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over the ham and vegetable mixture. Stir to evenly coat all ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  4. 5

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot as a main dish or as a filling for wraps or sandwiches.
