Method

Breakfast Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Oats

In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked through.

  2. 2

    Add Flavor

Stir in honey, sliced banana, and cinnamon into the cooked oats. Mix well and remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Serve

Serve the oatmeal warm in a bowl. Enjoy your nutritious breakfast!

Lunch Preparation

  1. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Season the grilled chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  3. 6

    Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Pour over the salad and toss to coat.

  4. 7

    Assemble the Lunch

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the salad. Serve immediately.

Dinner Preparation

  1. 8

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

  2. 9

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and arrange them on the baking sheet alongside the salmon.

  3. 10

    Add Flavor

Slice the lemon and garlic cloves. Place them on top of the salmon and asparagus.

  4. 11

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 12

    Serve

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with a lemon wedge on the side.
