Breakfast

1. Prepare the Oats

In a medium saucepan, combine the oats and milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes until the oats are soft.

2. Add Sweetness

Stir in honey and chia seeds into the cooked oats. Mix well and remove from heat.

3. Top with Banana

Slice the banana and place on top of the oats. Serve immediately.

4. Cook the Quinoa

In a pot, combine quinoa with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.

5. Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the cherry tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

6. Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.

7. Dress the Salad

Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine.

Dinner

8. Prepare the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

9. Cook the Chicken

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.

10. Steam the Broccoli

While the chicken is baking, steam the broccoli in a pot with a steamer basket or in the microwave until vibrant green and tender (about 5-7 minutes).

11. Serve the Meal

Once the chicken is done, serve alongside the steamed broccoli.
