Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then add diced zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

Add Spinach
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the canned crushed tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce and vegetables. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
