Preparing the Prawns

Boil the Prawns
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the peeled and deveined prawns and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and set aside to cool.

Prepare Smoked Prawns
If using smoked prawns, ensure they are already peeled and deveined. Set aside.
Making the Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Mix well until fully combined.

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
Assembling the Cocktail

Layer Ingredients
On a serving platter or in individual glasses, place a layer of lettuce leaves at the bottom. Top with a mixture of boiled prawns and smoked prawns.
