Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork Chops

Place the boneless pork loin chops in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chops, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours for better flavor.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Pork Chops

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the chops on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the chops have nice grill marks.

  3. 5

    Rest the Chops

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving. This helps retain the juices and keeps the meat tender.
