Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

Crack the 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Ham

  1. 3

    Cook the Ham

In the same skillet, add the diced ham and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and slightly crispy. Remove from heat and combine with the cooked eggs.

Baked Beans

  1. 4

    Heat the Baked Beans

In a small saucepan, heat the canned baked beans over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until warmed through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Home Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and dice the 2 medium potatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.

  2. 6

    Cook the Home Fries

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes and chopped onion. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

Grilled Biscuit

  1. 7

    Prepare the Biscuit

If using pre-made biscuit dough, follow package instructions for preparation. If making from scratch, roll out the biscuit dough to about 1-inch thickness.

  2. 8

    Grill the Biscuit

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and brush it onto both sides of the biscuit. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
