In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 2
Form Meatballs
Shape the mixture into 3 equal-sized meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter.

Prepare Sub Rolls
While the meatballs are baking, slice the sub rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- 5
Add Spaghetti Sauce
In a saucepan, heat the spaghetti sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
- 6
Assemble Subs
Once the meatballs are done, place one meatball in each sub roll. Spoon the warmed spaghetti sauce over the meatballs and top with a slice of Provolone cheese.
- 7
Melt Cheese
If desired, place the assembled subs under a broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese until bubbly and golden.
