Preparing the Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Chop the Vegetables
While the salmon is marinating, chop the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
