Wash and Prepare the Spinach
Thoroughly wash the fresh spinach under cold running water. Remove any tough stems and chop the leaves roughly. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Halve the Cherry Tomatoes
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Add them to the bowl with spinach.

Prepare the Black Olives
If using whole black olives, slice them in half. If using pitted, simply chop them if preferred. Add the black olives to the mixing bowl.

Crumble the Feta Cheese
Using your fingers or a fork, crumble the feta cheese into small pieces and add it to the bowl.
Dressing

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Combine the Salad
Pour the dressing over the spinach, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese. Gently toss all the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
Serving

Plate the Salad
Transfer the salad to individual serving plates or a large serving bowl. Optionally, garnish with additional feta cheese or olives.
