Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Start by rinsing the chicken tenders under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow bowls, prepare the breading station. In the first bowl, add the all-purpose flour mixed with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of onion powder. In the second bowl, beat the two eggs. In the third bowl, add the bread crumbs.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Take each chicken tender and first coat it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken in the bread crumbs, pressing gently to ensure they stick.

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 6
Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
